The Forte Founders team is made up of Marketing and Operational experts who together, have over 25 years of experience building and scaling brands. Our experience ranges from mid-Enterprise-class organizations, including Uber, Dataprise, Rivian, and Pinnacle Dermatology (now QualDerm Partners). We have worked in the private, public, and private-equity backed sectors and know what it takes to grow, and grow quickly.
A husband and wife duo, Marissa and Dylan Shapiro have the expertise, the network, and the skills to build the marketing plan of your dreams. Our program managers are best-in-class and can help you scale in a variety of marketing channels, such as branding and creative, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital marketing.
Marissa Shapiro, Founder
Marissa Shapiro has been leading Marketing departments since 2012. Her career catapulted in 2015 when she was made Director of Marketing at Dataprise and was the youngest female-leader in the organization . Since then, she has led marketing teams at various organizations, focusing on impact, revenue, and brand building. All through creative and effective marketing channels. Since 2020, she has slowly branched out into marketing consulting and freelance work, where she has focused on helping small-to-medium sized businesses scale their marketing and digital programs. Her husband, Dylan, has encouraged her to go all-in and pursue her dreams of owning a marketing consulting company. Forte came to her after their wedding and honeymoon in Italy, where she felt inspired. And thus, Forte Marketing Services was born.
Dylan Shapiro, President
Dylan Shapiro is an Operational leader in the tech world, having grown various logistical and operational units at companies such as Uber, Spin, and Rivian. His passion for process and ability to scale and scale quickly make him a force for small businesses and startups with limited funds and resources. He knows how to get the job done! Dylan has an entrepreneurial spirit and his background in tech makes him the perfect partner for Marissa as they expand Forte Marketing Services together. He understands marketing can be challenging for businesses and enjoys solving the unique problems presented in their consulting work.
