The Forte Founders team is made up of Marketing and Operational experts who together, have over 25 years of experience building and scaling brands. Our experience ranges from mid-Enterprise-class organizations, including Uber, Dataprise, Rivian, and Pinnacle Dermatology (now QualDerm Partners). We have worked in the private, public, and private-equity backed sectors and know what it takes to grow, and grow quickly.
A husband and wife duo, Marissa and Dylan Shapiro have the expertise, the network, and the skills to build the marketing plan of your dreams. Our program managers are best-in-class and can help you scale in a variety of marketing channels, such as branding and creative, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital marketing.
Marissa Ferraraccio- Shapiro, Founder
Marissa Shapiro has been leading marketing teams for prominent brands since 2012. Her career took a significant leap in 2015 when she was appointed Director of Marketing at Dataprise, becoming the youngest female leader within the organization. Since then, Marissa has led marketing departments across a variety of companies, with a strong focus on driving impact, increasing revenue, and building brands through innovative and effective marketing strategies.
As Vice President of Marketing at QualDerm Partners, she spearheaded a comprehensive digital transformation, rebuilding 50 websites and increasing retail sales by 50%. In 2020, Marissa transitioned into marketing consulting and freelance work, assisting small to medium-sized businesses in scaling their marketing strategies and digital programs.
Marissa founded Forte Marketing Services after their wedding and honeymoon in Italy, where she felt deeply motivated to launch her own marketing consulting company with performance marketing at the core of what she does.
Dylan Shapiro, President
Dylan Shapiro is a seasoned operational leader in the tech industry, with a proven track record of scaling logistical and operational units at top companies like Uber, Spin, and Rivian.
His deep passion for process optimization and his ability to scale quickly make him an invaluable asset to small businesses and startups with limited resources.
Dylan thrives on getting things done efficiently and effectively. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong background in tech, he is the perfect partner for Marissa as they grow Forte Marketing Services together.
